Butchery & Curing courses with Rob Cunningham.

    

This course offers a mixture of demonstration and hands on practical work with Rob Cunningham from Maynard’s Farm. Discover how to to butcher a side of pork, learning where each joint of pork comes from and how best to use it. Make your own sausages and create a starter kit to produce your own dry cured bacon – take it home, mature it and enjoy it at your leisure.

Dates for 2018:  20 Jan, 3 March, 17 March, 21 April, 19 May, 9 June

Time:   9.00am to 4pm

Cost £125 which includes refreshments throughout the day, a delicious lunch made by our own in-house catering team, and some bacon & sausages to take home.

We understand that dates of courses may not always be convenient therefore we are happy to organise, for a minimum of 5 people, another date to suit you.
